My Poker Community

September 6th, 2007 by admin

Poker continues to be one of my favorite hobbies. I have registered in many poker communities and forums to learn from others’ poker experiences and also share mine. Recently, after I joined a huge webmaster forum, a cool idea just crossed my mind. Being a part of a poker community is a great experience but having your own is greater! I’ve been told that creating one will not require me high computer programming skills. Also, I’m planning to make it a free community so I don’t really have to learn how to accept credit cards in my forum. A great member of that web master community pledged to help me build my own poker forum in exchange for a share in profit that it will derive from pay per click ads.

Excitement is an understatement of what I feel right now. I’m having troubles getting sleep at night because I’ve been thinking on what my own poker community will be. The design, color and forum script are just some of the things that I’m thinking of right now and I’m also seeking advices from some of my friends. I don’t exactly know where to start promoting my upcoming poker community but I guess that just has to follow. What’s really important for now is to build the forum and make sure that it’s up and running perfectly. I hope other poker enthusiasts decide to help me make this community a successful one by being a part of it.
